We stopped by Drip Drop in Grand Rapids for drinks, and it exceeded every expectation! The drinks were absolutely incredible—creative, refreshing, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in every beverage they serve. The highlight of our visit, though, was our server, Jordan. Jordan was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we sat down. They made great recommendations, checked in on us without ever being intrusive, and created an experience that felt personal and memorable. Outstanding customer service can make all the difference, and Jordan is a perfect example of that. If you’re looking for amazing drinks and exceptional hospitality, Drip Drop is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope Jordan is our server again. Five stars!

Drip Drop Cocktail Lounge is an absolute gem in Grand Rapids. The drinks were outstanding, but what really made the experience special was the staff. I asked them to surprise me with something they were feeling, and Dom and Johnny absolutely nailed it, creative, balanced, and just plain delicious. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Jordan ( I think that was his name), Dom, and Johnny, and all three were fantastic. The customer service was top-notch, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling over the top. One of the highlights of the night was when we asked if we could buy shots for a group celebrating an engagement. The team handled it perfectly and helped make that moment feel even more special. Every recommendation they gave was spot-on, and you can tell they really know their craft. They also mentioned they have live jazz on Wednesdays, which sounds like an incredible vibe. We were just in town for the weekend, so we missed it, but honestly, that alone gives me a reason to come back. If you’re in Grand Rapids and appreciate great cocktails and even better service, this place is a must.

The staff and drink here’s were wonderful! Shelby had a great vibe, and we had a blast. Jordan also served us and he provided such a wonderful experience for us throughout the whole evening. They also asked about any allergies at the beginning which was a bonus. Will definitely be back here.
